Ladies’ Golf

A good field of ten golfers contested the final Par Medal Round for 2026. The winner with -1 was the ever-consistent Wendy George from Leonie Taylor on a countback. NTPs for Shona Mulligan on the 7th and Deb Burey on the 18th.
Four ladies went to Tamworth on Sunday for the Carey’s Freight Lines Open 4 Ball Par. Leonie Taylor and Deb Heffernan paired well to score +5 which won them a ball in the run down. They also both won raffle prizes and a NTP prize.
Many thanks to Guyra Welding Works for sponsoring our 4BBB Championships, a highlight on the calendar every year. We are playing for that today and next week is the Veterans’ 2 day Open on Monday and Tuesday.
