Junior Soccer
Under 10s - The Phantoms took on the TAS side in their first home game for the season. TAS played well early with some good play forward and were unlucky to score with a good shot that struck the crossbar.
The Phantoms picked up a penalty and Kayne Brennan slotted it past the keeper with a nice strike. The Phantoms settled down and Kayne quickly scored his second goal shortly before the half time break.
TAS came out strong in the second half and they scored two quick goals before Ruby Soraghan made a strong break for goal and calmly placed it in the back of the net. TAS had several attempts to score but some strong defence from the Phantoms saw them come away with the win. Final score 3-2.
