The acclaimed Armidale Chamber Choir, Fiori Musicali, brings its captivating concert “Treasures from the Baroque” to the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame in Guyra on Saturday, April 6th, 2024, at 3:00 PM. This promises to be an unforgettable afternoon steeped in the rich tapestry of Baroque music.
Fiori Musicali, Armidale’s premier chamber choir, is dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape of the region through the performance of high-quality choral music from all periods.
Acclaimed soprano Caroline King returns to New England to join local soloists Leanne Roobol and Rowena Moon. Together, they will lead the audience on a mesmerizing journey with a centerpiece performance of Giovanni Pergolesi’s exquisite “Stabat Mater”. This deeply moving and evocative work will be brought to life by the combined voices of Fiori Musicali Choir and Ensemble, conducted by Bruce Menzies.
