John Crosby from Glencoe made a Cobb & Co Coach which was the winner of the Farm Waste to Art section at the Guyra Show. He donated it to be auctioned with proceeds going to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
It was purchased by the Hope Family for $300, with the cheque presented to Roy Bennett from the Guyra Volunteer Support Group.
The Guyra Volunteer Support Group is a community group of volunteers that aim to raise funds and awareness for the Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
COVID 19 has had a big impact over the last 12 months, with no fundraising able to been done locally and volunteers are few and far between.
If anyone would like to become a member or volunteer with this vital organisation please give Roy Bennett a call on 0427 757 106 – all help is welcome.
