Students punch above their weight in Guyra

22nd Nov 2022

Students from Guyra Martial Arts Academy participated in their first grading over the weekend. This was the first opportunity for these students to demonstrate their skills before their Head Instructor, Shihan Michael Fardell, since the dojo opened in July of this year. Guyra Academy’s instructor, Kohai Anthony Rummery, said he is proud of his student’s efforts heading into the grading, and their achievement is a reflection of those efforts.
Guyra Martial Arts Academy trains at the Australian Poetry Hall of Fame on Tuesdays and Thursdays in traditional and modern self-defence techniques, and welcome people of all ages to come along to enjoy fitness and fun. Guyra Martial Arts Academy will be open over the school holiday period with the first class for 2023 starting on Tuesday 10 January.
