The annual Tour de Rocks fundraising bike ride took place over the weekend with close to 500 cyclists and support crew making their way to the coast, all for a good cause.
The ride aims to inspire communities to help find a cure for cancer, while raising much needed funds along the way.
Over the three days of riding they covered 265kms, climbed 4700km in altitude and spent a total of 15 hours on the bike seat.
Guyra cyclists have been among those who have shown support for the event over many years, and in 2025 14 riders once again took part.
Now in its 11th year the event raises funds for cancer research. Last year’s event raised $372,050 and more than $2.6million dollars raised for cancer research since it began.
