Students at St Mary’s of the Angels School have been showing their community spirit through a series of fundraising activities supporting the St Vincent de Paul Winter Appeal.
The school’s Mini Vinnies committee has been hard at work organising events and collecting donations to assist people doing it tough during the colder months.
Students, staff and families recently came together for a successful Pyjama Day, with participants donning their favourite sleepwear while raising funds for the appeal.
The fundraising effort continued with a family fun night featuring a sausage sizzle, games and a movie on the big screen.
The Mini Vinnies program encourages students to put their faith into action through service, compassion and helping others, with the Winter Appeal providing a practical way for students to make a positive difference in their community.
