Bright colours and big smiles at Colour Run

23rd Sep 2025

On Friday, Bald Blair Public School was bursting with colour and laughter as students took part in their very first Colour Run.
Armed with powder paint and water pistols, teachers and parents enthusiastically doused the students in vibrant hues, creating an afternoon full of fun, friendship, and fantastic memories.
The excitement didn’t stop there. To add to the fun, the teachers surprised the students with a special race featuring inflatable costumes.
Students and parents alike were delighted by the hilarious antics of the teachers, with “T Rex” (aka Mrs Lenehan) triumphing as the winner of the race, much to everyone’s amusement.
Principal Ros Edwards said the event was a wonderful celebration of community spirit, active participation, and joyful learning outside the classroom.
“Everyone is already looking forward to the next Colour Run in 2026,” she said.
“Thank you to all the teachers, parents, and students who made this colourful day such a success.”
