New Chapter for Roseville

20th Oct 2026

For more than a century, Roseville has been part of the Guyra landscape. The Georgian-style farmhouse, believed to date back to around 1880, sits amongst established gardens, magnificent old trees and a landscape that has been lovingly developed by its owners over many years.
For the past 15 years, Tony Duke has poured his time, knowledge and passion into the gardens, creating extensive garden beds, orchards, roses, bulbs and mature plantings throughout the property.
Now Roseville is beginning a new chapter.
Tony’s daughter Suzy and her partner Jaime Garrick have taken over the property and are looking at ways to share this very special place with others through Roseville Gatherings.
“Roseville Gatherings will be about creating beautiful, meaningful occasions in a setting with history and heart,” Suzy said.
“While weddings will certainly be part of what we hope to offer, Roseville is not just about weddings. We are imagining a place for small, intimate celebrations and larger gatherings alike, from birthdays, christenings and anniversaries to long lunches, family celebrations and other special occasions.
“A big part of the vision is to make Roseville Gatherings part of the wider Guyra and New England community. We want to bring people to the region, encourage visitors to discover what our community has to offer and, wherever possible, work with and support local businesses, suppliers, creatives and producers.
“The vision is simple: to create gatherings that feel relaxed, personal and connected to the gardens, the community and the New England countryside.
“There is still plenty to do as we bring this vision to life, but we are excited about what the future holds for Roseville.”
In the meantime, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the gardens during the New England Open Garden Trail on Friday 30 October, from 9.30am to 4.30pm at 157 Llangothlin Road, Guyra.
Chris from Bean Travellin will also be onsite throughout the day serving coffee, available for purchase.
Suzy and Jaime look forward to opening the garden gates, welcoming visitors and sharing a little of what they are creating as Roseville begins this next chapter.
