Over the weekend Guyra Polocrosse Club hosted a horsemanship school with
visiting instructor Scott Keogh.
Twenty riders attended the two day clinic, ranging in age from 6 to just under 60 (!).
Experience varied from raw
beginners, to state level polocrosse players, to seasoned challenge competitors.
The clinic was all about improving horsemanship skills and gaining knowledge of training principles, no matter your equine discipline.
Scott is a professional horse trainer who also travels the country conducting clinics as well as preparing and selling horses at major horse sales like the Nutrien Classic Sale.
The school was such a success, the Club is planning to host another at the start of next year!
