Pride of Workmanship Award for Mrs Sally Purvis

Earlier this year, Mrs Sally Purvis was nominated by staff at Bald Blair Public School for the Guyra Rotary Club Pride of Workmanship awards. Last week, Mrs Purvis was presented with her award by club president, Wendy Mulligan, accompanied by Neil Fereday.
The citation on Mrs Purvis’ award reads as follows:
“As a teacher with over 20 years of dedicated experience, Mrs Sally Purvis is recognised for her exemplary approach to teaching, her positive attitude, unwavering dedication and deep commitment to both her profession and her students.
“Sal’s passion for fostering a supportive and inspiring learning environment has made a significant and lasting impact on the lives of her students and the wider school community. Sal embodies the highest standards of professional pride and workmanship, consistently demonstrating excellence in teaching.”
On behalf of the Bald Blair community, I would like to acknowledge and thank Mrs Purvis for the outstanding work she does. Sal has no hesitation in going the extra mile for our community and her work greatly benefits our students, colleagues and the community.
