Bald Blair Students Shine at Zone PSSA Athletics Carnival

Thirteen Bald Blair Public School students proudly celebrated a day of outstanding athletic performances at the recent Zone PSSA athletics carnival. Our talented students showcased their skills and determination, earning numerous placings across a variety of events. Placings included Dustin Turnham – third in the 1500m, fourth in the 100m and fifth in the high jump; Fergus McFarlane – third in the 1500m; and Alannah Jackson – third in the 100m.
The highlight of the carnival was undoubtedly our relay team’s exceptional performance in the small schools’ relay event. Working together with speed and precision, the team of Dustin Turnham, Grace Schaefer, Alannah Jackson and Fergus McFarlane, sprinted their way to first place, bringing home the coveted title for our school. Their victory was a true testament to their hard work, teamwork, and dedication.
These achievements reflect the depth of athletic talent at our school and the commitment of our students and parents. We are proud of every participant who represented our school with pride and sportsmanship.
Congratulations to all our athletes for their outstanding efforts, and thank you to the coaches, teachers, and parents who supported them. We look forward to more success in future sporting events!
